Financial Information

Our philosophy is to prevent surprises so we take the time to keep you informed of your individual treatment plan costs. So that you can make the best choices for you, we will discuss the cost of each appointment and available payment options with you before you begin. We’re happy to offer payment options and file claims for you with any insurance provider. Your smile is a worthy investment and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care, when you need it.

Payment Options

We ask that you pay your part of the fee at each visit, so you are always welcome to ask how much to plan for any visit. We accept payment via cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you have dental insurance, any co-payment will be due at the time of service and we will give you an estimate of what insurance might pay for. If you need extensive care or assistance in financing your necessary dental care, we can partner with CareCredit to provide you with financing options so you can spread your payments out over the course of several months.

Insurance

We are happy to help you with information to maximize your insurance coverage. Insurance coverage varies for every patient based on their contract with their company and insurance provider. Dr. Petty does not choose treatment based on your specific insurance plan, but will provide you with a range of options that will best serve your needs.
